Privacy Policy

Privacy, in plain language.

Spyteware Studio is a small, independent technology studio. I do not sell data, run ads, or build surveillance tools. This page explains what information is collected, why it’s collected, and how it’s handled.

1. What information is collected

Depending on how you interact with the site, the following information may be collected:

  • Name and email address (if you submit a contact form)
  • Project details you voluntarily provide
  • Basic website analytics data (see Analytics section below)
  • Technical information such as IP address for security and infrastructure purposes

No payment information is collected directly through this website.

2. Why information is collected

Information is collected only to:

  • Respond to inquiries
  • Deliver requested services
  • Maintain site performance and security
  • Understand which pages are useful (via privacy-friendly analytics)

Information is never sold, rented, or used for targeted advertising.

3. Third-party services used

This website relies on a small number of third-party services for infrastructure and functionality:

  • Cloudflare – Provides hosting, DNS, and security protection. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and technical request data to protect against abuse.
  • Tally – Powers the contact form. Information submitted through forms is transmitted securely and stored only for the purpose of responding.
  • Plausible Analytics – A privacy-focused analytics platform. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. It provides aggregated usage statistics only.

Each of these services maintains its own privacy policy.

4. How long data is kept

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to inquiries or deliver services. If a project begins, relevant communications may be retained for documentation, invoicing, and contractual purposes.

Analytics data is stored in aggregated, non-identifiable form.

5. Your rights

You may:

  • Request access to information you have submitted
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information (where legally permitted)

To make any request regarding your data, use the contact information below.
