Spyteware Studio is a small, independent technology studio. I do not sell data, run ads, or build surveillance tools. This page explains what the site may collect, why it is collected, and how it is handled.

Project details you voluntarily provide
Basic website analytics data (see Analytics section below)

No payment information is collected directly through this website.

Deliver requested services
Maintain site performance and security
Understand which pages are useful (via privacy-friendly analytics)

3. Third-party services used

This website uses a small number of third-party services for infrastructure and basic functionality:

Cloudflare – Provides hosting, DNS, and security protection. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and technical request data to protect against abuse.
Tally – Powers the contact form. Information submitted through the form is used for responding and scoping work.
Plausible Analytics – A privacy-focused analytics platform. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. It provides aggregated usage statistics only.

Each of these services maintains its own privacy policy.

4. How long data is kept

Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to inquiries or deliver services. If a project begins, relevant communications may be kept for documentation, invoicing, and contractual purposes.

Analytics data is stored in aggregated, non-identifiable form.

Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your information (where legally permitted)
